Come join us for the FIRST Cincinnati Tri-State MEAT Up at Sharon Woods in Sharonville, Ohio.
We have reserved the Buckeye Shelter in Sharon Woods 10 am – 4 pm. It has a grill, and we are providing charcoal, grilling utensils, and table cloths. Everything else is BYOE (Bring Your Own Everything!). We’ll head out for a 2.8 mile trail hike at 11 am. Let’s share our stories and a beautiful afternoon in the park.

If you’re like me you need a boost to get back to a clean low-carb diet. What better way than a Mexican Fiesta with your old (and some new) keto friends? I’ve held many keto dinner parties at my house, and Mexican food is always a hit! Julie Fox-McClure is making keto and gluten-free tortillas from her amazing mix. Start with a frozen margarita made with allulose and fresh lime juice! Enjoy a bowl of fried pork rinds with gooey chorizo queso dip and home-made salsas. Build your own fajitas and enchiladas with all the veggies (fresh, grilled, and/or pickled), cheeses, guac, and crema! Top off the night with Julie’s amazing flan! Those other people can eat protein bars! We’re having a party!
