If you’re like me you need a boost to get back to a clean low-carb diet. What better way than a Mexican Fiesta with your old (and some new) keto friends? I’ve held many keto dinner parties at my house, and Mexican food is always a hit! Julie Fox-McClure is making keto and gluten-free tortillas from her amazing mix. Start with a frozen margarita made with allulose and fresh lime juice! Enjoy a bowl of fried pork rinds with gooey chorizo queso dip and home-made salsas. Build your own fajitas and enchiladas with all the veggies (fresh, grilled, and/or pickled), cheeses, guac, and crema! Top off the night with Julie’s amazing flan! Those other people can eat protein bars! We’re having a party!
Dr. Lisa Wiedeman invites you to join her and special guests Kelly Hogan, Dr Robert Kiltz and Fred Hahn (author of best seller Slow Burn Fitness w Dr Michael Eades) and other amazing meat eaters for an extremely memorable meal.

Why “Antithetic”?
“anti-thetic” (adj.)
1. sharply contrasted in character or purpose
In order to change your life you have to do things differently.
Things that are antithetic to one another contradict or oppose each other. You might say that eating too many processed carbs is antithetic to living a healthy and optimal quality of life.
The adjective antithetic is perfect for describing something that clashes with or cancels something else out. Your current lifestyle is antithetic to the lifestyle you strive to have.
The things you’ve done in the past, what you ate, your physical activity, or your mindset around food….have all contributed to a state of poor health and are the reason you’re trying to make changes today.
It’s time to BE.DIFFERENT and move to the next level!
This conference will be the FIRST-EVER major event in Maryland, focused on combining practical mindset concepts, a Ketogenic diet, and Fitness principles to help you improve your quality of life.
