Two cruises that are Back To Back. The first one is a 4 night cruise sailing out of Miami on Freedom of the Seas From December 4th-8th and the Second one is a 5 night cruise sailing from Miami on Freedom of the Seas from December 8th-13th. Join us for the first cruise, the second one or both. These cruises are all about community. No Speakers, No Keto Police, just hanging out and meeting one another. All are welcome, whether you are keto or not. There will be fun activities that are arranged by community members and we will have a meeting room for everyone to relax in.

CARB SOBER CRUISE with CarnivoreDoctor

This will be a laid back and relaxing cruise together where we will gather at meals & pool & beach times & shows & music venues & maybe join into excursions together.
I will do lots of Q&A wherever I am with whomever I’m with!

This is NOT a formal speaker type event…. we will be out sunning on the deck and not sitting in conference rooms for this one so if that is what you are after, you will need to look elsewhere.
I will schedule a meeting room for the first day at sea for us to meet and for everyone to get some information and I will hand out fun bright silicone Carnivore Doctor Carb Sober Cruise wristbands that I’ll have made so we can easily identify others on the ship with us when out & about & around the ship to easily gather and get to enjoy time with each other.

I will get a meeting room on one of the “at sea” days and do a CARB SOBER presentation and maybe a Vision & Ocular Health Q & A if there is interest. This is an opportunity to be on vacation with me and lots of other carnivores to eat lots of meat & seafood and have lots of meaty conversations and connections. An opportunity to stay Carb Sober on vacation and enjoy a trip where there will be lots of butter but NO bread baskets on the dinner table!

I am booking myself for the Early Dining seating & I will attempt to arrange for 2, 3 or 4 tables of 10 to have dinner together each evening depending on how many sign up for the cruise! Or we can arrange to meet at the carving station at the buffet restaurant ?

I want this to be a really fun relaxed trip to be together with like-minded health conscious meat eating new found carb sober friends!

2kk Getaway – December 2024

Join the Rachel, Joe and the 2 Krazy Ketos family for a 6 night Caribbean adventure on the Oasis of the Seas while we cruise from Ft Lauderdale to Cococay, Jamaica and Labadee.

This is a fun way to hang out and get to know each other while enjoying a fun vacation. The purpose of the trip is to build community and hang out with some friends who want to encourage each other and build relationships. There are no speakers, mandatory meetings and absolutely NO KETO POLICE. There will be a conference room for some optional games and activities and we will dine together for dinner. The cruise is open to all people and you DO NOT need to be Keto to attend.

We are excited to announce the Alaska 2025 Low Carb Cruise ship & sail date.

We will be sailing on the Anthem of the Seas roundtrip from Seattle, WA, on Friday June 13, 2025 through Friday June 20, 2025.

Our ports of call are Sitka, Skagway, cruising the Endicott Arm & Dawes Glacier, Juneau, and Victoria British Columbia. The seminars will be held on the Cruising days (sea days). See Cruise Itinerary clip below.
