What better way than a Mexican Fiesta with your old (and some new) keto friends? I’ve held many keto dinner parties at my house\, and Mexican food is always a hit! Julie Fox-McClure is making keto and gluten-free tortillas from her amazing mix. Start with a frozen margarita made with allulose and fresh lime juice! Enjoy a bowl of fried pork rinds with gooey chorizo queso dip and home-made salsas. Build your own fajitas and enchiladas with all the veggies (fresh\, grilled\, and/or pickled)\, cheeses\, guac\, and crema! Top off the night with Julie’s amazing flan! Those other people can eat protein bars! We’re having a party!
