Kim Howerton had been a life coach for a decade when she went Keto. She soon realized that she herself was stuck in the very same kind of self-defeating belief loop she’d seen so many clients through. Unaware of how good she could feel, she spent decades in a body in ever declining health making the best of what she thought was an unfixable body. Once she realized how amazing she could feel when she stopped poisoning herself and allowing her health to improve, she realized there could be no better service to the world but helping others clear away their own health roadblocks.
